Terms of Service

Kavex is operated by Strenor Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (Filing ID 001989970), located at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms, "Kavex", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Strenor Labs LLC.

By using Kavex you agree to these terms. They cover what the service does, what you may use it for, how billing works, and what happens if something goes wrong. Plain-language explanations are below; the language is intentionally specific to keep both sides honest.

Kavex is a B2B sales-intelligence software platform that helps users find and enrich publicly available business contact information (company name, public email, phone, website) and provides related tools (email finding, verification, AI-assisted outreach copy, etc.) on a pay-as-you-go basis.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Kavex account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. One person, one account — multiple accounts per individual or organization may be terminated without refund.

You agree not to use Kavex to:

• Violate applicable spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, etc.) when reaching out to contacts you obtain through the service.
• Resell or redistribute Kavex output as a standalone data product.
• Target individuals for harassment, stalking, or non-business purposes.
• Reverse-engineer the service or attempt to bypass rate limits.
• Use the service in any way that violates the terms of service of a third-party website or platform.

Violation results in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

Pricing is pay-as-you-go in credits. 1 credit = $0.001. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable on account closure (we've paid the underlying API costs), but never expire while your account is open.

Our order process is conducted by a third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payment transactions, billing, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is therefore also subject to that provider's buyer terms. We never see or store your full card details.

Auto-refunds: if a job fails entirely or completes below estimate, we automatically refund the unused estimated credits. See your transactions page. Full refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Job results (your exported CSVs) are owned by you. Kavex never sells, rents, or shares your job results with third parties. We may anonymize aggregate usage data (e.g. "average leads per Maps job") for product analytics — never with personal information.

Kavex aims for 99% uptime but provides no SLA guarantees on the free or starter tiers. Result success is not guaranteed — upstream sources change and availability varies. Failed jobs are auto-refunded.

Kavex is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. Maximum liability is capped at credits paid in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, consequential harm, etc.).

You may delete your account at any time via settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund. We'll give 30 days' notice before any business-shutdown event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory local consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We'll email account holders before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
