How is pricing calculated?

Every service has a per-result cost in credits (Maps = 2 credits/lead, Email Verifier = 1 credit/email, AI Personalizer = 10 credits/email). Add-ons stack on top. The cost calculator on every config page shows the live credit estimate before you commit, and the pricing page lists exactly what each credit pack costs.

How accurate is the data?

Business data is sourced live in real time. Emails are verified via syntax + MX records + SMTP RCPT TO. Phone validation uses libphonenumber. We don't make accuracy claims we can't back up — every CSV is timestamped and traceable.

How does Kavex handle data?

Kavex works only with publicly available business information and never sells personal data. Your results live in your account until you delete them, and you can export or remove them at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Who owns my results?

You do. Kavex is a software tool — we run the search on your behalf. The CSV is yours to use, share, import, or delete. Job results live in your account until you delete them.

Can I get a refund?

Credits never expire. If a job fails entirely, we auto-refund. If a job runs but completes below the estimate, we auto-refund the difference. For larger refund requests, contact us.

Why pay-as-you-go instead of subscription?

Most lead-gen tools lock you into monthly minimums. We don't. Top up $10 once and your credits sit there until you use them. Run one task or a hundred. Your call.
