Why pay-as-you-go?

Most lead-gen tools sell subscriptions because that's how investor decks work — predictable monthly revenue. But prospecting is bursty. Some weeks you need 5,000 leads. Some weeks zero. Paying $99/month for tools you didn't use is a tax on irregularity.

Kavex flips it: top up once, spend it down at your pace. Credits don't expire. The minimum top-up is $10, the maximum is whatever you want. Spend exactly what you actually used.

We make money on the difference between what proxies + APIs cost us and what we charge per credit. Larger top-ups (Pro / Business / Enterprise) include a small bonus — 5%, 10%, or 15% — as a thank-you for committing more upfront.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits sit in your account until you use them. There's no monthly burn or rollover cap.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are non-refundable on account closure (we've already paid the proxy / API costs). But unused credits roll over indefinitely, and we auto-refund any job that fails or completes below estimate.

What's the smallest top-up?

$10 Starter (10,000 credits). That's enough for 5,000 Maps leads or 1,000 AI-personalized emails.

Is the bonus % real?

Yes. Pro adds +5%, Business +10%, Enterprise +15% extra credits — a small thanks for committing more upfront.

Why no subscription?

We're a tool, not a recurring service. You spend credits when you have outreach to do, not because the calendar flipped.
